The "ENY Virtuemart Invoice Center" creates an invoice on pdf formatfrom the conventional confirmation of order.
We love Virtuemart but a drawback of the free online shop is that it lacks the possibility to create invoices according to the respective rules and regulations. The client will only be sent a confirmation of order. We have taken this to heart and been working on a solution. We are happy to present to you our "ENY Virtuemart Invoice Center"
The "ENY Virtuemart Invoice Center" creates an invoice in pdf format from the conventional confirmation of order. All necessary information will be adopted from the order in this process.
Similar to the order overview in Virtuemart, our components offer you an overview of all invoices. For every invoice, 2 icons will be shown that allow you to save the invoice as a pdf or send the invoice to the client as pdf attachment to an email.
Prior to this, you can determine the text for the email message in the configuration. The invoice display also shows if the client has already been sent an invoice.
Our component offers you the possibility to automatically send invoices by email. For example, the system can send an invoice to a client as soon as you have marked the order as "confirmed".
Some payment methods like the PayPal payment module can automatically change the status to "confirmed" when the payment has been settled successfully. Consequently, the settlement would be completely automatic
This is of course also possible for any other Virtuemart Order Status.
Click on the download button on the left to take a look at a sample invoice. This sample invoice was created with our component. In the future, we will offer more templates for the invoice view.
There are certain rules and regulations for the writing of invoices. Accordingly, in addition to your registered office, you also have to include such data as your tax ID, registration court, VAT ID, bank account and a series of other information. For all this, our component offers a menu item called "Additional Fields". This item allows you to give additional information on your company that will then appear in the lower field of your invoice. Additionally, you can add a personal message of thanks on the invoice, for example:
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we would hereby like to thank you again for your order and will invoice it accordingly.
